About This Course:
In the domestic US, we often take for granted our easy access to high quality medical care. If you get injured, you simply go to the hospital or doctors office and get yourself fixed.
However, if you are hiker, adventure sports participant, or can imagine a time when access to the ER might be limited, understanding how to close a wound can be a vital skill. Although a short class won't teach you how to close a wound worthy of a plastic surgeon, you can learn the basic closures required to help prevent infection and further damage to the wound site.
