About This Class

Whether you are a hiring manager, a parent finding out important information from your teenager, a detective, or someone trying to get a contractor to install a new roof, having the ability to gather truthful information during an interview process is important.

Being able to effectively interrogate without creating hostility or resentment is an important skill you can utilize in a variety of situations. This course draws from effective techniques utilized by law enforcement and corporate psychology to be the most effective process available.
