About This Class:

If you enjoy fishing, there is nothing like using a rod you built from scratch with your own hands. If you have kids or grandkids, a hand built rod becomes a family heirloom.

In this two day class you will build a 7’0” medium-light power rod for spinning. Your class will be taught by a top industry professional with extensive knowledge of all the techniques and components that build today’s top-performing fishing rods. You will assemble the full rod from handle to tip that is excellent for fishing a variety of freshwater locations and species.

Equipment provided includes the rod blank, reel seat, handle, guides, tip top, thread, personalized decals, epoxy, thread finish, and more.

Notes:

Class will run from 9am-6pm on Saturday and 8am-2pm on Sunday

Price:

$225 for non-members. This includes your instruction and kit to build a spinning rod.
