About This Course:

Most of us know how to protect our physical safety—but what about our psychological well-being? Emotional abuse, gaslighting, manipulation, and narcissistic behavior can be just as damaging as physical threats, especially when they come from people we can’t easily avoid—coworkers, partners, family members, or authority figures.

This course is an empowering 8-hour classroom-based training that gives everyday adults the tools to protect their mental and emotional boundaries, even in environments they can’t escape. Grounded in current research but presented in plain language, this class helps you recognize red flags, avoid psychological traps, and respond with clarity and strength.

You’ll learn how to stay grounded in the face of toxic behavior, how to protect your identity and values from erosion, and how to choose the safest and most effective path—whether that means adapting, confronting, or exiting the relationship entirely. You don’t need a psychology degree to defend yourself—you just need a clear understanding of how manipulation works, how it affects your brain, and how to take back your power.

Whether you're navigating a difficult workplace, a challenging family dynamic, or a painful personal relationship, this course will help you stay strong, stay sane, and stay in control.
